**Vegetable stir Fry**
**Ingredients:**
- 2 cups blended vegetables, (for example, ringer peppers, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and snow peas)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, ground
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch blended in with 2 tablespoons water (discretionary, for thickening)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
**Instructions:**
1. Wash and cleave every one of the vegetables into scaled down pieces.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in an enormous skillet or wok over medium-high intensity.
3. Add the minced garlic and ground ginger to the container and sauté for about a moment until fragrant.
4. Add the blended vegetables to the container and sautéed food for 3-5 minutes until they are delicate yet at the same time fresh.
5. In a little bowl, combine as one the soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Pour this sauce blend over the vegetables and throw everything together until all around covered.
6. In the event that you need a thicker sauce, add the cornstarch combination to the container and mix until the sauce thickens somewhat.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the vegetable pan fried food hot over cooked rice or noodles.
